Pricing
Final pricing for any service is dependent upon a service provider's experience, as well as the amount of time and materials used. For a more accurate price, please contact a service provider for a free consultation.
Late Policy and Fee
A grace period of 10 minutes will be given for your appointment. If you arrive after this period and the service provider is still able to complete your service, a fee of $1 per minute that you are late will be added to the final bill. For example, if you arrive 15 minutes late and your provider is still able to complete your service, an additional $5 will be added to your final bill.
If your stylist is not able to accommodate you, a cancellation fee will be added to your account.
Cancellation Policy and Fee
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

No Call No Show Policy and Fee
In the event that no communication is given about the cancellation of a service, you will be charged the total amount of the service. This fee will be applied once you are over 15 minutes late to the appointment and no communication has been received.
