Trained at the Gene Juarez Academy in Seattle and the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, Alexander has traveled the globe as a Global Ambassador and educator for leading haircare brands. He spent a decade in Bangkok, Thailand, sharing his expertise in color, cutting, and product knowledge, and his editorial work has graced the pages of Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and more. Alexander has styled for film, music, and sports icons, including Chester Bennington of Linkin Park, Fergie, and Randy Johnson. Known for his innovative color-cutting technique “THE METHOD,” Alexander is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a welcoming, down-to-earth setting. His advanced skills and calming presence ensure every client leaves feeling their absolute best.

Starting her professional career in 2002, Allison Garzella is a Master Aveda Hairstylist dedicated to helping every client feel confident and beautiful. Allison specializes in haircuts, color, highlights, and updos for both men and women, and is known for her expertise in wedding and special event styling. Allison’s commitment to ongoing education through Aveda ensures her techniques are always current and on-trend. Her warm, attentive approach and deep knowledge of haircare products have made her a trusted advisor to her loyal clientele. Bob Giacolone is an Award-Winning specialist in hair color and hair cutting. He is nationally recognized as one of the best colors and haircut makeover artists in America. Bob is a past winner of the Armstrong McCall “60 Years of Beauty” contest and has performed his artistry at the World’s Fair of Cosmetic Arts and Sciences. Bob is also a past winner of the Goldwell “Own the Cover” contest, and was the only Arizona stylist recognized in their top 100 stylist book. In his 40+ years in the industry, Bob has worked and trained with the leaders in the Business. When not in the Salon, Bob can be found riding his horse in the desert.

David comes to our team with a wide range of experience and over 35 years in the business. David instructed at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, teaching students all aspects of hairstyling. David also worked for an international hair color company, traveling extensively around the US teaching color classes and participating in fashion shows. David also worked with a Sassoon-educated hairstylist in Taipei, Taiwan and at a school in Hong Kong. He worked there for five years working between the school and Salon which catered to both the Chinese and the expatriate population. There he really developed his skills in precision cutting and geometric shapes.

Doreen brings more than 25 years experience in the hair industry, having worked in some of the trendiest hair salons in NYC and Bergen County New Jersey. She is passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends and industry best practices. Doreen is a master level stylist and colorist. It's important that every client leaves looking and feeling great.

Jamie has been a hair professional since 2008, working at the Paul Mitchell Salons for two years prior to joining Nu Image Salon & Day Spa here in Scottsdale, AZ in 2015. Jamie enjoys utilizing Aveda’s impressive array of creative color lines and has a particular talent for the “Reds”. She is also excellent with structured men’s cuts/grey blending, the “non-formaldehyde based” keratin straightening product Cezanne, highlighting, and children’s cuts.
